The main store is organized into 10 departments, making it easy to find what you're looking for. And, our Men's & More building is right next door with three additional floors of men's lost luggage items.
Our goal is to give each store visitor an exceptional experience. Whether you need directions inside the store, dining information, or recommendations on what else to do around Scottsboro, our Guest Services team is ready to help. Ever wonder what it's like to open an unprocessed suitcase at Unclaimed Baggage? Every day we invite one lucky visitor to sort the contents of a fresh bag. Join us in the center of the store each afternoon, and you may get the chance to experience the thrill of it for yourself.

From freshly baked cookies to Barry’s Backcountry BBQ, Cups Café is the place to head when you are ready for a snack or lunch break while shopping. We proudly brew Starbucks® coffee, and our Dippin’ Dots® ice cream treats are always a hit with our younger visitors!
