We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Electronics Purchase Limit Policy

At Unclaimed Baggage, we’re proud to offer a unique and ever-changing selection of one-of-a-kind finds. To ensure fair access to our inventory and to support the spirit of discovery for all our guests, we’ve implemented a purchase limit policy for select product categories.

To maintain a balanced shopping experience, purchases of items in the Electronics category are limited to ten (10) units per customer, per day. This includes all electronic devices and accessories.

This policy helps protect the shopping experience for all guests and ensures that more people can enjoy access to our limited-inventory items, and daily order levels that exceed this quantity may be reviewed and adjusted or cancelled at our discretion.

SECTION 6 - COUPON USE
To maintain a fair shopping experience for all customers, the use of coupon codes on our platform is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• One Coupon Code Per Customer: Each customer is entitled to use only one coupon code per promotional offer. Coupon codes are limited to one use per individual.
• Prohibition of Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts or using multiple email addresses or aliases to obtain additional coupon codes is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel orders or suspend accounts found to be in violation of this policy.
• Verification of Eligibility: We may request additional verification to ensure compliance with this policy. If we determine that multiple accounts have been created to abuse promotional offers, we reserve the right to void any coupon codes and cancel related orders.
  

Violations of this policy may result in the forfeiture of all promotional offers and the suspension of your account.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

All clothing is professionally cleaned. In fact, Unclaimed Baggage has the largest commercial laundry facility in the state of Alabama. Electronic equipment is thoroughly tested to ensure it is working properly and all personal data is erased according to official National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) standards before items are sold.

We are committed to selling excellent quality products and authentication is key to that commitment. We have a team of experts with years of experience authenticating jewelry and luxury brands. We study the latest fashion and fraud trends vigilantly to stay ahead of the curve. In certain cases, we also leverage third-party experts to appraise jewelry or confirm authentication so you can rest assured your purchase is reliable.

Any counterfeits that come to us are disposed of immediately. In the highly unlikely case that an inauthentic item is inadvertently sold, we will refund the purchase via the original method of payment. The product must be returned to Unclaimed Baggage for team training and to be destroyed.

SECTION 15 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Unclaimed Baggage and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

SECTION 22 - SHIPPING POLICY 
We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $99. For orders under $99, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and shipped via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS. All shipping times are estimates, and deliveries typically take 3-8 business days after processing, with expedited shipping options available. We do not ship internationally at this time. 

We also offer free local pickups at our retail store located at 509 West Willow Street, Scottsboro, Alabama 35768. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup (typically within 24 hours). To pick up your order, please proceed to Guest Services during normal store operating hours and present your order number along with a photo ID.

SECTION 23 - ONLINE RETURN POLICY 

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery date for all domestic orders except for products marked as final sale, which include books, swimwear, sports bras, undergarments, health & beauty items, software, video games, mystery box/bag bundles, and clearance items.

We do not accept international returns at this time.

Items may be returned for store credit with no restocking fees or for a refund to the original form of payment for a $1.99 per item restocking fee.

If the return is due to our error — the item arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from its description or stated condition — we will waive all return fees at no cost to you, including the return shipping fee and any restocking fees.

All outbound and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note that returned merchandise must be in the same condition it was received:

Unworn and undamaged
In its original packaging (if included)
With all tags still intact (including security tags on jewelry as well as all original tags for New with Tags items)
