Monica and Michelle flew in from Texas to Atlanta, picked up a Yaris and hit the road driving all over the southeast with one mission in mind… bucket list destinations. We were curious what brought them to us so… here we are.
UBC: Why Unclaimed Baggage?
Michelle: I heard about you guys maybe 18 years ago and have wanted to visit ever since. At the time I was in Texas so it would have been a real trek for us. My husband would have made the trek with me but it wouldn’t be the same like it is with my girlfriend. So I asked Monica if she’d like to go on a road trip.
Monica: YES! We went from Atlanta to Juliette, which is where they filmed “Fried Green Tomatoes”, another bucket list checked off! And of course we ate fried green tomatoes.
Michelle: We went from Juliette to here as our second destination stop and then we’ll go back to Atlanta to visit Junkman’s Daughter. I’d never heard of it but Monica found it and it apparently is a place where rock stars hang out so, why not!
Monica: I had never heard of Unclaimed Baggage before. Michelle sent me a link to your site and I said “OH YEAH!! We got to go!” and here we are.
Michelle: We’ve been here for about an hour, checked out your jewelry, stopped and ate, and now back out on the hunt.
