Today is Giving Tuesday!

Giving, serving and supporting sustainability have been part of Unclaimed Baggage's DNA from the beginning. Our Reclaimed for Good™ foundation focuses on three key areas of purposeful investment: Product, Programs, and People. We partner with dozens of local, national, and global charity organizations to find service opportunities and repurpose and distribute non-retail merchandise to those in need.

Today, for Giving Tuesday, our teams are collecting food, hygiene, and other essentials to donate to Life Resource Services of Jackson County, AL.

Life Resource Services is non-profit 501(C)(3) organization whose mission is to help those who are struggling with homelessness by providing resources to help rebuild their lives. Not only do they provide a safe, warm place during daytime hours, but they also connect individuals to resources to obtain and maintain adequate financial income through job placement, continuing education or other benefits they may be entitled to, and build alliances with affordable housing providers and other organizations to help homeless individuals and families gain access to permanent housing.

There are two ways you can help today!

1) Donate Items

If you would like to drop off supplies to be donated to Life Resource Services, click here view the list of needed items. Items can be dropped off at our Guest Services desk at the front of the store and will be delivered this week.

2) Rollup Your Store Purchase

Today we are providing an opportunity for our store guests to give financially by rolling up their purchases to the nearest dollar. 100% of today's rollup proceeds will go directly to Life Resource Services of Jackson County.
