What three things do you love most about working at Unclaimed? 

• The people. When I leave my family at home I come here, to my co-workers, my other family. It is like home away from home.
• I also love the opportunity I have here to engage with guests that come to visit from all over the world.
• I am so thankful for the morals this company holds. It is faith based, and because of this we get Sundays off. It is so wonderful for the option to worship how I choose and be able to fellowship with my family on Sundays.

Are there any benefits the company provides that you especially enjoy or admire?

This is definitely a company with a heart for its employees. If there is an immediate need, the company is always there to help. They show they care about the individual. And it goes further than that. I love our Love Luggage program. They also care deeply for the needs of the community.

How long have you Worked at Unclaimed, and what excites you about the future here?

7 years. I started working as a full-time sales associate but worked my way up assuming roles as Men’s team lead, Guest Services, Men’s Dept. Supervisor, and now Mezzanine supervisor. It has been exciting to see how far we [Unclaimed Baggage] has come throughout my time here, and I am so excited for the 50^th anniversary. I can’t wait to see what is in store for the next 50 years.
