TBEX is the largest conference and networking event for travel bloggers, online travel journalists, new media content creators, travel brands and industry professionals. Each year, TBEX partners with fantastic host destinations in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific to bring the travel industry’s most creative minds together to learn, network and do business. This year, one conference has taken place in Jerusalem. The other conference is taking place this week in Huntsville.
-The first TBEX was held in 2009 after an email was sent to six friends.
-Since then, it has grown into the world’s largest travel community, with conferences held annually in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
-Each TBEX conference attracts 600-1000 delegates from around the world, making it the best opportunity for Destination Marketing Organizations, travel brands, PR firms and their clients, to engage with the most influential travel bloggers and leading digital content creators.
Unclaimed Baggage Center has seized this unique opportunity to be front and center during the conference as it is hosted closer to Scottsboro than it ever will again. We are a Gold level sponsor as well as an opening night event sponsor hosted at A. M. Booth’s Lumberyard in Huntsville. We will have our new Baggage Booth Pop-up, a 60 Second Showdown, Baggage Experience, giveaways and more.
On Sunday, we have a dozen bloggers that have registered for our two day trip where we have partnered with Dekalb County Tourism for an amazing day of sightseeing and dining and then an overnight stay at Goosepond Colony. This group will be at UBC on Monday at 9 am for a breakfast presentation and then will shop and enjoy lunch at Cups Café before we depart at 1pm to return to Huntsville.
On Monday, we have an additional dozen bloggers who registered for our one day trip and will arrive at UBC at approximately the same time for the same Monday experience. This will be a total of two dozen bloggers in our store from 9am until 1pm on Monday. It’s TBEX GAME DAY! We can’t wait to meet and greet these bloggers who are excited about telling our story.
